The Institute of Certified Practising Accountants
The
ICPA is run by Accountants in Practice for Accountants in Practice.
They recognised that non-Chartered Accountants dominate the small practice sector, a fact recognised also by the DTI, and set out to provide a range of products and services for all practising Accountants, irrespective of their qualifications or Institute.
Of particular interest to our clients is the fact that the ICPA applies a code of ethics, a disciplinary system, a regulatory system, compulsory CPE (Continuing Personal Education) and PII (Professional Indemnity Insurance).
